The Casale de Santis is built on the foundations of the old Villa Patrizia, an archaeological site of ancient Rome, in a peaceful and green area of Italy’s capital city.

All rooms are equipped with television, mini-bar, air-conditioner, bath, phone and internet connection. Designed for families and groups, the rooms are available in single, double, triple and quadruple formats.

The exterior has been finished with great attention to detail, and you'll find yourself immersed in the peacefulness and extraordinary beauty of this country house from the 700s. The garden is rich with magnolia, lemon, olive and pine trees, providing an ideal space for children to play in tranquil and secure grounds.
